Ella Cooper, former Fremont High School standout, played on Thursday, May 1 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Thursday, May 1, former Fremont High School standout Ella Cooper’s current college team, the Augustana Vikings, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota State Moorhead Dragons.

The game took place at Bowden Field. This was their third matchup against the Dragons this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 11:55 a.m. at Bowden Field against Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.
