Ella Cooper, former Fremont High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Former Fremont High School player and current Augustana Vikings outfielder and pitcher, Ella Cooper, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the fifth seeded Oklahoma Baptist Bisons.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
