4.8% of citizens unemployed in Dodge County in 2021

Dodge County recorded an unemployment rate of 4.8% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 915 people out of the 37,249 living in Dodge County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Dodge County has increased compared to the 4.5% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Dodge County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 3.3%.

Of the 18,263 people who had a job during that time, 14 were employed in the Armed Forces and 18,249 belonged to the civilian labor force.
