The Fremont Fire Department will be upgrading their CPR devices! The CPR equipment project was made possible in part by a grant from the Lester A. Walker Fund of the Fremont Area Community Foundation. Thank you to Melissa Diers, FACF staff and Board of Directors.
Former owner and publisher of the Fremont Tribune, Lester Walker was a respected business leader, community promoter and philanthropist. He encouraged others to make their community a better place to live, and nonprofit organizations throughout the Fremont area have benefitted from his charitable legacy.
