A Bellevue Affordable Housing Action Plan is being conducted with the guidance of a local Housing Steering Committee. The Plan will include statistical trends and projections, housing
unit “target” demand information, local Community Survey results, and strategies for the development of affordable housing in Bellevue.
The Plan is being completed with the assistance of Hanna:Keelan Associates, P.C., a Nebraska based community planning and research consulting firm. The Firm is in its 45th year of
serving Nebraska Communities and Counties. Hanna:Keelan works extensively in eastern Nebraska preparing comprehensive plans, zoning regulations, housing studies, downtown and
redevelopment plans, and assisting communities in building both family and elderly housing.
Three “Listening Sessions” are being scheduled in Bellevue with local housing stakeholders, major employers, and the general public. These Sessions will be conducted on Wednesday,
November 2nd, at the Bellevue University, John B. Muller Administration Building Multipurpose Room (812 Bruin Blvd.) at the following times:
