The Fremont Police Department has taken 3 motor vehicle theft reports within the last 4 days. The thefts have taken place in the 1600 block of West 10th, 1800 block of Austin
Lane and the 300 block of Empire avenue. Vehicles taken include:
2007 White Dodge Nitro (W.10th)
2015 White Nissan (Austin Lane)
2013 Black Chevy Silverado (may have a snowplow attached to the front) (Empire)
Please take preventative steps to reduce your chances of becoming a victim.
Park in a garage, driveway or well lit area if possible.
Remove your keys from the vehicle.
Lock your veicles.
Remove valuables from your vehicle.
