EVACUATING anyone who lives within 500ft of 2nd Street in Scribner.
There has been a tank that was breached at the old bio diesel plant. It is believed to just be the fumes that have caught on fire but just to be safe, the law enforcement has called for evacuation.
Perhaps call people you know in the area to let them know.
